MASTER CERAMIST


This position is primarily responsible for building up and designing dental crowns, creating and installation of dental prosthetics, creating the prosthetics that will be installed in patients’ mouths, such as crowns, bridges, replacement teeth, porcelain veneer, and any other artificial teeth pieces. To accomplish this, molds are taken of the patients’ mouths by performing the following duties.

What we ask.

  • Dental Prosthesis Fabrication & Quality Control: Fabricates dental prostheses (crowns, bridges, veneers) by applying porcelain or acrylic to metal frameworks per lab prescriptions; mixes materials to match natural tooth color; verifies dimensions and occlusion; cleans, polishes, and ensures high accuracy and detailed workmanship using appropriate tools and equipment.

  • Case Management & Productivity: Independently manages multiple cases, meets daily production standards, tracks due dates, ensures timely completion, and notifies management of delays while maintaining the highest quality across all work.

  • Collaboration & Operational Support: Works closely with lab owner, administrative staff, and other ceramists to coordinate case completion, address clarifications, assist team members as needed, and proactively request supplies to prevent workflow interruptions.
  • 5+ Years Experience as a Ceramist.
