REMOVABLE TECHNICIAN
This position is primarily responsible for completing all removal cases received by the laboratory by performing the following duties.

What we ask.
Duties & Responsabilities
- Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Read prescriptions or specifications and examine models or impressions to determine the design of dental products to be constructed.
- Works on combination cases to adapt an existing partial to a crown or bridge, or a new case to a preoperative model and highly trained technician who use PFM and removable appliances.
- Designs combination case to maximize patient function, comfort and esthetics and offer a wide variety of attachments for partials or dentures and can assist in designing partials using attachments, conventional clasps, and buccal claspless and Thermoflex™ direct retainers.
- Prepares bite splints for bruxing and grinding patients, alleviating pain and preventing further destruction of existing healthy dentition.
- Fabricates removable full and partial dentures using the finest material and detail with strict attention to detail, coupled with quality materials and techniques, results in precise clasp adaptation and retention for each framework.
- Operates and maintains a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as trimmers, grinders, lathes, articulators, and cleaning devices.
